I am a PhD Student at the University of Hertfordshire working with the Adaptive Systems Research Group.  My primary supervisor is Prof. Dr. Kerstin Dautenhahn and my second supervisor is Dr. Joe Saunders. I received a B.Sc in Computer Science from Texas State University, USA in 2008, and a M.Sc in Artificial Intelligence with Robotics from the University of Hertfordshire in 2012.  My research interests are primarily focused on Human-Robot Interaction and Social Robotics.  Currently, I am working with the ACCOMPANY project on robotic companions for aged persons.
